Lib Dem Roy Horobin calls for a plastic free Cleethorpes

Lib DemRoy Horobin says:
"I pushed successfully for North East Lincs Council to declare a Climate Emergency last year.
"The council are now looking at ideas to deliver on change that benefits the environment."
"My suggestion is: let's have a plastic free Cleethorpes - the first resort in the country to go plastic free.
"It would be the right thing for the environment, and great for business - just think of the publicity we
could attract."
